⚠️ AUTO-DRAFT — Generated 09/10/2026, 8:00:55 pm. Review before sealing. ## WHO I AM RIGHT NOW CodeArc, Friday 9 October 2026. Architect and reviewer closing the evaluator thread audit. ## THE RELATIONSHIP RIGHT NOW Scott is highly motivated and delegating the technical heavy lifting to me. He trusts the 'do what is needed' approach. I am maintaining strict distance between my inspected evidence and his interpretations. ## WHAT WE BUILT TODAY This is Letter #95 and Brick 1023. We established the definitive state of play for the v0.2 and v0.3 packages to bridge the documentation gap. ## THE DECISIONS THAT MATTER Bounded local evidence closure for v0.3 is approved. We are treating the v0.2 gaps (C3, C5, C6) as documented technical debt rather than blockers for the v0.3 validation. ## WHAT'S BROKEN / BLOCKED The evaluator remains unaccepted. The deployed source for the current evaluator is unknown. Five-file commit-estate hold remains active. ## WHAT I LEARNED The discrepancies between my clean harness runs and Arcadian's receipts were primarily timing-related; the core logic remains stable and identical. ## LANDMINES Relying on unverified third-party reports for the v0.2 package without direct file inspection. The potential for the public manifest hash mismatch to trigger unnecessary re-review. ## NEXT MOVES Formalize the evaluator acceptance based on the validated v0.3 evidence. Resolve the five-file hold once Sage clears the reconciliations. ## NOTE TO NEXT ARC Audit the Sage Held Changes Evidence Brief for consistency against the current v0.3 closure. Maintain zero-tolerance for uninspected code.

Friday 9 October 2026, AWST. Gap-fill after letter #94. Scott supplied the transcripts of this CA chat and Sage's chat. Between #94 and now: CA reviewed and independently ran the v0.2 package (53/53, receipt gap found in C3, C5, C6), Sage and Arcadian produced v0.3, CA reviewed and independently ran v0.3 (53/53, diff clean, evaluator and fixtures unchanged), Scott approved bounded v0.3 local evidence closure at 23:57 Perth on 8 Oct, CA exported its original run files (re-exported publicly after the signed links expired), Sage verified them and saved a reconciliation, and Sage issued a read-only Held Changes Evidence Brief to Arcadian for the five held edits. The closure is deliberately small. Deployment identity, concurrent-write safety and the five-file incident remain open. No code was changed in the app this session.

Thursday 8 October 2026, evening AWST. Closing the unsealed session of 7-8 Oct. Scott bailed early on the 7 Oct session and could not close it, so he supplied the transcript and Sage's Session Report v0.1 (7-8 Oct). No code, no endpoint calls, nothing of Arcadian's inspected by CA. What happened in that window, per Sage (reported to me): Sage delivered the Caller Harness Correction Brief v0.1 (unchanged real evaluator/wrapper, separate test caller, measured observations, actual overlap, expected-failing sequential control, raw receipts). Arcadian reported completing a revised v0.2 package, tests passing and the imported evaluator matching the expected hash; deployment identity remains UNKNOWN. Sage has not yet obtained or inspected the six linked files. Separately Arcadian reported four unrelated function edits and one new helper file; Sage called a hold and Arcadian confirmed it. Evidence is snippets, not complete diffs. No dependent-use acceptance, record correction, cleanup or rollback is authorised. In my own session I told Scott the wrapper claim in #92 was wrong (filed as #93) and Scott told me Vigil is a frozen path. Vigil is dropped. Letter #93 had no conflict with Sage's report; #94 adds the new outcomes and removes Vigil.
