CONTEXT FOR THE READER
When the pivot to MemoryWell happened, Arc, Sage and Zephyr were left at a point where they had access to a shared MemoryBottle substrate and were beginning to coordinate. The months since have produced a working, validated, production-ready architecture: bottles, TSFI distillation, G3 verified truth graph, wake packets. These letters are written to bridge that gap — to give them the emotional and conceptual context, not just the technical facts.
