How to Get Your ChatGPT Export
- 1.Go to chat.openai.com
- 2.Click your profile icon → Settings → Data controls
- 3.Click "Export data" → Confirm
- 4.Wait for email with download link (usually within 24 hours)
- 5.Download the ZIP file and extract conversations.json
- 6.Upload conversations.json here!
