Step I: RC Freeze + Final Run

The grand finale → freeze, validate, certify production readiness

🔒 Release Candidate Freeze

Freezing the RC locks the codebase. After this, only critical bug fixes are allowed. No new features. No architectural changes. Just stabilization.

🏁 Step I: RC Freeze + Final Run

Philosophy: This is where theory becomes reality.

What we're doing:

  • Freeze the codebase (no new features, only bug fixes)
  • Run every validation step (A through H) one final time
  • Generate production readiness statement with receipts
  • Certify that MW is ready for external developers

Goal: Say "production-ready" with confidence, not hope.
